The 25th China International Optoelectronics Exposition (CIOE) opens at the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center in Bao’an District today. More than 3,700 exhibitors from over 30 countries and regions will display the latest optoelectronics technologies and products in a 240,000-square-meter area.

Since beginning in 2009, CIOE has expanded from a single optoelectronics fair into a comprehensive platform that covers the entire industrial supply chain. Everything necessary for the production of optoelectronics will be on display, including chips, devices, modules, complete system solutions, materials, and manufacturing equipment.
Solution providers from countries like the U.S., Canada, Japan, Germany, Denmark, and Switzerland will take part in the event. More than 120,000 professional buyers from diverse fields including advanced manufacturing, consumer electronics, semiconductors, and security technologies are expected to attend.
According to Yang Xiancheng, executive president of CIOE, optoelectronics technology is increasingly utilized across various sectors, including intelligent manufacturing, consumer electronics, new energy vehicles, and semiconductors.
At the China International Optoelectronics Summit, a CIOE sideline event, world renowned optoelectronics experts, academics, and industry leaders will attend over 80 discussions.
