ONE MALL is the commercial Phase II development under the ONE CITY project, which integrates housing, shopping, office buildings and a central park.
ONE CITY is located in the heart of Yantian, directly across from the Yantian District Government across the road. Spanning a total area of 137,250.08 square meters with a total built-up area of 345,270 square meters, it features five key components: sea-view apartments, a fashion shopping center, a five-star hotel, ecological office buildings, and a central park. ONE MALL, which opened in December 2018, has introduced numerous popular brands to Yantian. Over 80% of the brands featured at ONE MALL are the first of their kind in Yantian. They include the fast fashion brand UNIQLO, the first Dolby Atmos IMAX cinema in Yantian—Wanda International Cinema, and MELAND, an ocean-themed children's paradise tailored for Yantian residents, among others.
As women are the main consumer group in the retail market, ONE MALL has also made significant strides in the "she" economy, featuring international fashion women's brands like Nike, FILA, ANTA, PEACEBIRD women's clothing, among others.
