Basic Information
This is a summary of basic requirements and procedures involved in obtaining a Certificate of No Criminal Record from the central authorities.
Acceptance Criteria
Citizens and overseas personnel who are at least 14 years old, hold a local hukou or have been residing in Shenzhen continuously for more than 6 months, and have legitimate reasons for the application, can apply for the certificate of no criminal record if they have valid certificates such as an ID card, residence permit, passport, and so on.
