Acceptance requirements
A company mayapply for the increase, decrease, replacement or renewal of a business license when either of the following conditions is met:
1. In case the business license or Registration Permit of the Resident Representative Office of the Foreign (Region) Company in China is lost or damaged; or
2. Where the company needs to increase or decrease the number of the duplicates of business licenses or the representative cards of the Resident Representative Offices of the Foreign (Region) Company in China for its business needs.
