The Shenzhen Meteorological Observatory launched a one-click query service for students taking the National College Entrance Examinations (NCEE) — also known as Gaokao — that provides updates on the latest weather information through the official WeChat account of the Shenzhen Weather app.
In the coming week, weather in the city will be unstable, and there may be intermittent showers during the examination period from Friday to Sunday.
For this year's examinations, the Shenzhen Municipal Public Transportation Management Bureau, in collaboration with the Shenzhen Taxi Association, launched a service to provide free rides. A total of 41 taxi teams with more than 5,000 taxis have registered to participate.
Intended riders can register for the service by calling 95128 before noon today.
In addition, this is the fifth year that online car-hailing giant DiDi Chuxing will offer a free ride service to students taking the NCEE. Those interested in the service should search for "Charitable Transportation for NCEE" on the DiDi Map app to learn about the official reservation process for this service by tomorrow.
Amap, China's leading mapping and navigation services provider, has also teamed up with Shenzhen's transport authority to launch the 2024 College Entrance Examinations Site Map, which aggregates information such as the locations of exam sites, traffic conditions, and parking information, making it convenient for students to travel to their exam sites.
