As the National Day holiday approaches, Shenzhen has unveiled five new major City Walk routes that offer a fresh way to explore the city.
The five routes are "Charming Metropolis," "Mountain-Sea Vistas," "Cyber Shenzhen," "Tracing Pengcheng," and "Strolling the Special Economic Zone." Offering 10 popular spots, each route has been curated to blend cultural significance and modern appeal.
"Charming Metropolis" showcases Shenzhen's global city vibe, featuring spots like Lianhua Hill Park, the Civic Center, and the towering Ping An Finance Center.
"Mountain-Sea Vistas" highlights Shenzhen's unique geographic diversity, with stops at Dapeng Peninsula National Geopark, the downtown five-park cluster, and the Tanglang Mountain-Dasha River-Shenzhen Bay scenic route.
"Cyber Shenzhen" presents the city's high-tech edge with popular destinations like Huaqiangbei Pedestrian Street, Gangxia North Hub, and the Shenzhen Museum of Contemporary Art and Urban Planning.
"Tracing Pengcheng" delves into Shenzhen's rich history, with visits to Dapeng Fortress, Nantou Ancient Town, and Guanlan Ancient Market.
"Strolling the Special Economic Zone," perfect for those who appreciate a leisurely pace, features art and lifestyle hotspots like Zhongying Street and Jiaochangwei.
In addition, the "Shenzhen City Walk Routes Electronic Map," designed for both locals and visitors, brings together unique city experiences and international cultural tourism resources.
