Application Agreement

一、申请人必须保证如实、正确、完整地填写申请表的内容。

(The applicant must ensure that the application form is filled out truthfully, correctly and completely.)

二、申请人所持护照有效、完整，有空白签证页。

(The passport held by the applicant is valid and complete with blank visa pages.)

三、所申请签证证件的有效期和出入境次数，以签发机关的批准结果为准。

(The validity period and the number of entry and exit times of the visa document applied for shall be subject to the approval result of the issuing authority)

四、根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》规定，公安机关出入境管理机构作出的不予办理普通签证延期、换发、补发，不予办理外国人停留居留证件、不予延长居留期限的决定为最终决定。

(Decisions made by the Exit-Entry Administration of Public Security department on rejecting applications for visa extension or reissuance, or on not issuing foreigners’ stay or residence permits or not extending the duration of residence shall be final according to the "People's Republic of China Exit and Entry Administration Law".)

五、预约申请成功取得编号后，即可按照预约时间前往办理地点递交申请材料。
