Shenzhen reported 16 new locally transmitted confirmed cases and 14 new locally transmitted asymptomatic cases of COVID-19 yesterday. Among them, 21 have been confirmed as related to patients from outside of Shenzhen or patients related to those cases.
Among them, 13 were found among people under centralized quarantine, one was found among people under home health monitoring, two were found among key groups of people under closed-loop management, one was found during screening in the city’s high-risk areas, three were found among close contacts of previous cases, four were found among key groups of people under non-closed-loop management, one was found when the patient sought medical consultations, and five were found during community screening.
The city also reported 11 imported confirmed cases and eight imported asymptomatic cases. They were put under closed-loop management upon arrival in the city and were later transferred to the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen for treatment. All of them are in stable condition.
