We will drive the coordinated development of fixed-line communication, mobile communication, and satellite communication. We will intensify efforts to make breakthroughs in network communication chips, as well as critical components and modules. Significant innovation platforms such as the National Innovation Center for Advanced Radio Frequency Devices and Future Network Test Infrastructure Platform will be established. Preparations for emerging technologies such as 6G will be initiated, and industry standards will be developed. We will support the creation of cluster areas in Nanshan, Bao'an, Longgang, and Longhua, and build a global hub for innovation and development in the network and communication industry.
