We will expedite efforts to address the shortcomings in the integrated circuit industry chain, focusing on design, manufacturing, packaging, and testing. Additionally, we will achieve breakthroughs in EDA software, semiconductor materials, high-end chips, and specialized chip design. Advancement of projects such as the 12-inch chip production line and third-generation semiconductors are a priority. We will also support the establishment of cluster areas in Futian, Nanshan, Bao'an, Longgang, Longhua, and Pingshan districts, aiming to construct a national cluster for the integrated circuit industry, attracting talent and serving as an innovation demonstration zone.
