With a focus on the design, manufacturing, packaging, testing, equipment, and materials of smart sensors, we will expand their application scenarios in consumer electronics, automotive electronics, and smart cities. We will accelerate core technology breakthroughs in new sensor materials, CMOS-MEMS integration technology, and advanced packaging processes. Additionally, we will establish MEMS pilot lines and smart sensor industrial bases. Support will be provided for the creation of cluster areas in Nanshan, Longhua and Guangming to foster the comprehensive development of the smart sensor industry.
