We will promote the implementation of virtual power plants and accelerate the construction of comprehensive energy supply facilities. In Longhua, and Longgang districts, we will build demonstration zones for digital energy integration, international low carbon city, and the Qiuyuling hydrogen energy industrial park. Our goal is to build a modern energy system that is clean, low-carbon, safe, efficient, intelligent, and innovative.
