We will also cultivate and expand industries such as marine engineering and equipment, marine electronic information, marine biomedicine, and modern marine services. Meanwhile, Major projects such as the international ocean development bank, national offshore fishery base, marine new town, and international marine city will be promoted. Taking Shenzhen's west coast, east coast, and the Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone as the main axis, Shenzhen will establish an integrated and coordinated marine industry regional model with "one axis connecting, multiple zones interacting," and build a global marine center city.
