Phnom Penh is the capital and largest city of the Kingdom of Cambodia, serving as the political, economic, and cultural center of the nation, as well as a hub for domestic and international air, water and land transportation. Shenzhen officially became a sister city with Phnom Penh on Dec. 11, 2017.
