Los Angeles, situated in Southern California on the west coast of the United States, is the largest city in California by population and the second-largest city in the U.S., following New York City. Shenzhen entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Los Angeles on Nov. 8, 2010.
