São Paulo, located in the southeastern part of Brazil, is the capital of São Paulo state and serves as Brazil's economic capital, as well as the largest city in the Southern Hemisphere, wielding significant economic influence. Shenzhen signed a Memorandum of Understanding with São Paulo on April. 27, 2007 to promote exchanges and cooperation.
