Turin, the third-largest city in Italy, is a major industrial center and the capital of the Piedmont region, known as Italy's automotive city and the largest automotive production hub in Europe. Shenzhen signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Turin on Sept. 18, 2006, to enhance exchanges and cooperation.
