Dallas, Texas, located in the northern part of the state and spanning both sides of the Trinity River, is the second-largest city in Texas, following Houston. On Oct. 14, 2004, Shenzhen signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance communication and cooperation with the City of Dallas.
