#Improve air capacity and airport cargo collection capacity. A subsidy of 5 million yuan will be given to airline companies for each newly launched domestic regular passenger route, and a maximum of 70 million yuan will be given to each newly opened regular cargo route. Newly opened short-term cargo routes (including charter flights) will be subsidized according to the standard of 500 yuan per ton of outbound cargo, and the maximum subsidy for each airline is 5 million yuan. International outbound goods, domestic outbound cargo and imported fresh cold chain products in air freight forwarding and imported fresh cold chains can enjoy preferential treatment of 0.08 yuan, 0.05 yuan and 0.5 yuan of airport service fee per kilogram.
Why having aviation goods collection enterprises organize goods supply assistance? What are the assistance standards?
The assistance project aims to fund and support aviation collection enterprises engaged in air freight forwarding, imported fresh cold chain products, and cross-border e-commerce businesses to organize goods supply at the airport of Shenzhen. The standards are: when the year-on-year growth rates of annual cargo and mail throughput of the Airport, the total annual outbound cargo volume of the airport’s Cargo Stations, the annual import fresh cold chain cargo volume of the airport, and the annual cross-border e-commerce air freight import and export volume of the airport have reached certain levels, no more than 60 million RMB yuan of funding will be channeled each year, based on the preferential cargo service guarantee fee of 0.08 yuan/kg for international outbound goods, 0.05 yuan/kg for domestic outbound goods, 0.5 yuan/kg for imported fresh cold chain products, and 0.55 yuan/kg for cross-border e-commerce goods.
#Scale up subsidies for logistics. Newly added freight cost from March to June 2022 of the import and export throughput of Shenzhen-Hong Kong land transportation to maritime express transportation will be subsidized (decreasing month by month). While ensuring epidemic prevention and control, we will gradually and orderly resume land transportation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong for import and export goods in need of timely delivery or with special requirements.
How is the subsidies scheme for maritime express transportation going?
We are studying and formulating funding schemes for newly added freight cost of increased land transport to water transport between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. When approved, the schemes will be implemented by the Commerce Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality and Shenzhen Transportation Bureau.
