The upgraded “深i企” online platform launched a one-stop feature providing inclusive and precise services for enterprises in Shenzhen on Monday, according to the city’s industry and information technology bureau.
“深i企,” jointly developed by the bureau and other governmental departments, is available as a WeChat miniprogram, app and website.
Its first version was launched in 2020 to help Shenzhen firms weather the pandemic’s impact.
On the newly upgraded platform, a registered company with a “深i企” account can enjoy service items in eight categories, namely policies, government affairs, requests, data, finance, technologies, special needs and third-party service providers.
As of now, “深i企” has boasted over 1.25 million enterprise users and its user traffic has exceeded 17.02 million.
The platform has collected nearly 1 billion units of enterprises’ government affairs-related data and has handled over 8,300 requests from companies as of now.
The platform now offers 7,800-plus municipal and district-level government departments’ service items.
