Shenzhen has planned to develop 29 business projects in 2022, with a floor space of 2 million square meters, a report from Shenzhen Economic Daily said yesterday.
The projects include eight in Nanshan District, five each in Bao’an and Longgang districts, and three each in Futian, Luohu and Pingshan districts.
The projects ready for development are carried by developers such as China Resources, Centracon Holdings, SCPG, Yanlord, Coastal City and Excellence.
C Future City in Futian District, a Centracon project that will open this May, is a complex with a 1.3-million-square-meter floor space that integrates shopping, business buildings, quality apartments, houses and hotels.
Tsutaya Book Store’s flagship South China store, an art gallery and C Future Lab will bring various experiences to consumers.
Generation Z Life Yard at Houhai Harbor in Nanshan District is also scheduled to open in May. Some brands’ flagship store in South China such as Harmay and SoloX, and flagship stores in China such as HADO ARENA and GATTO 24, will move in the night life block, forging the night economy’s strength as well as the trendy, experience and community economies and brand-new lifestyles among Shenzhen’s youth.
Comorrow, a complex jointly built by Shenzhen Metro Group and Vanke, will be put into use at Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base before the end of the year.
