In Japanese culture, cherry blossoms exemplify the transient nature of life with their short-lived blooms, whereas in China they symbolize femininity and love with their fragrant petals.
There’s no need to travel a long way north to enjoy the flowers since the cherry blossoms in the Mission Hills Terra Art Ecological Park in Longhua District are in full bloom. The park’s more-than-1,000 cherry blossom trees attract a large number of visitors to the park every spring.

For safety concern, visitors are required to wear face masks in the park and may be asked to wait outside to avoid crowding.
