People who work at Shenzhen New Generation Industrial Park or in the neighborhood can take a few minutes to break away from their routine work and check out a tranquil painting exhibition in the park's Tower 3 lobby.

Co-organized by the He Xiangning Art Museum and Fumei Space, the exhibition showcases 10 high-quality reproductions of calligraphy and paintings by master He Xiangning (1878-1972), along with historical photos and archives, presenting He's revolutionary and artistic life to the public.

He's paintings on paper and silk scrolls mainly portray plum blossoms, pine trees, lions, tigers and landscapes, conveying a courageous and heroic spirit. Her paintings not only inherited the essence of Chinese tradition, but also incorporated social concerns. Her artistic practice is inextricably intertwined with modern Chinese painting history.

As an exhibition and research center for He's art and home for the artist's most significant works, the art museum is actively seeking a new path of public cultural and aesthetic education. The exhibition is part of the art museum's efforts to display excellent artworks in schools, industrial parks and communities.

Previously, similar exhibitions have been held at local universities such as the Southern University of Science and Technology and Shenzhen Polytechnic University.

Also known as Next Park, the Shenzhen New Generation Industrial Park is a 5G-themed high-end innovation industrial park, focusing on smart technology and digital technology, especially 5G applications and financial technology.

In addition to the He Xiangning exhibition, contemporary artworks are also on display in other towers of the park.
